Most Romantic anime?

I'd have to say the anime motion picture(fancy talk for movie) 5 Centimeters Per Second. It's really quite touching.

don't like romantic anime but Suzuka was pretty romantic

I found Clannad and Toradora both to be quite romantic. That being said, Clannad was also very sad, although I haven't watched the whole series yet. Toradora on the other hand was very amusing, and so was Clannad, but I found it to be more cheerful towards the end.
