Personality: Talkative, especially about herbs and roots. ENTIRELY PACIFIST(So I'd appreciate it if you didn't try to lop off his arm) and very very wise.

Attacks: Old man grouch yell

Abilty's: Can heal many poisons, surgery on cuts, some medical magic(ninjutsu), basically a healer and nothing else.

Items/Weapons:A large medicine box and a walking stick.

Biography: Old man Oshino was raised by monks, he left the monestary to travel the countryside learning of medicines and helping people. He studied under an old sage in the sand village named chio. He also studied many things under the hokages of the leaf village. Using his knowledge gained from these people and from several others as he travels from place to place doing his best to help the sick and injured.

Learning new abilty's: Currently studying meditation using chakra(chi, which is where chakra came from I'd assume) to slow down biological prcesses and keep people people from dying for longer so he can operate. (kuz some wounds just can't be chakra healed like snap.)[
