Whats your favorite episode of bleach?

I want to know what your favorite episode(s) is and why.

I personally only watch the dub, so keep in mind it's only to episode 167.

My personal favorite episodes are from 123-125, SO FAR!!!
I think its just a really good episode

i dont remember the epidsode but it was the fight with grimmjow vs ichigo and ichigo vs kenpachi
