Brolly was tuff but he only is about par with a supersaiyan 2.5
If Goku went SSJ3 on his ass, then Brolly didnt have a chance or if Gohan went mystic he would obliverate broly

Anyway the strongest DBZ character is Goku and Gohan. At the end of Z they were equal but Gohan has the potential to go far stronger (half saiyans half vaste potential)
